Deaf Celebration 2020 Exhibition Information
When: Saturday, October 10, 2020; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Where: Richardson Civic Center

TRADE-STYLE BOOTH RATES
* Early Bird (now until June 30, 2020): $200.00 + $5 for PayPal fee
* Standard (July 1, 2020 to September 25, 2020): $250.00 + $5 for PayPal fee
There will be an extra charge of $25 for an electric outlet. First come First serve!
Trade-Show Style booths include:
* 6 feet (back to front) by 10 feet (side to side)
* one 6’ table
* two chairs
* Wastebasket
* 8’ backdrop with 3’ wings
* a sign with an organization or business name
* Only fully completed applications with full payment will be confirmed.
* A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt of check or money order.
* Set up the booth between 7:00 a.m. & 9:00 a.m.; breakdown at 5:00 p.m. (Central Time Zone)
* Food Sales are not permitted.
* Balloons are not permitted.
* All applications with money must be postmarked no later than September 25, 2020 including in time for the program book.
* Registration forms with check or money order submitted after the due date will be returned. There will be no refund for cancellation for any reason.
