Deaf Celebration 2016 Booth Vendors

Guys!

On September 24, 2016, TCC will open their doors at 7:00 AM. Vendors are welcome to begin setting up their booth between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM. Set up on Friday is not available.

Garage Parking lot: Belknap Street & Cherry Street (Free)

Stop at the security station and get a validated free parking admission card. Then park on the 3rd floor of the parking garage. The Deaf Celebration Expo will be located on the 4th floor.

Then walk thru stairs or elevator, make sure you walk toward TRTR building. The Deaf Celebration Expo is hosting at the Action Suite Room. There will be Deaf Celebration signs everywhere.

All Vendors/partners will need to wear wristbands. Each booth has 2-3 chairs. You can request additional chairs, please see me.

TCC provides guest WiFi access to anybody. We are not responsible if there any issues with their WiFi. You will need to log in as guest with your email address.

Vendors must bring extension cords to ensure the power source can be reached if you choose to use the electricity. Be sure to bring table covers (optional) and other necessaries. Be aware that the table size is 5 ft long. You cannot bring extra tables or chairs, per TCC policy.

We will give written receipts to all vendors on Saturday morning.

Several volunteers will be available to assist all vendors in setting up your booths. Please contact me in the event you would wish to have volunteer assistance.

The exhibition will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, so all vendors need to start tear-down by 4:00 pm. It is important that  vendors must leave at 5:30 pm.

There are multiple restaurants and fast food options within a two block radius of TCC campus. (I.E. Yelp.com)

Note: Deaf Celebration reserves the right to terminate the operation of the Owner at any time during the expo for any of the following reasons:

  1. A professional manner is not maintained by the Owner and its employees.
    B. Owner or employees behave in a manner that could be construed as racist or discriminatory.
    C. Owner or employees commit any act opposite or negative to the purpose of the event.
    D. Owner or employees fail to cooperate with committee and staff.

The vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for:

  1. Losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury to his/her own personal property or party.
    B. Damage to the vendor’s displays, equipment, or other property.
    C. Agrees not to hold liable or responsible in any form the Deaf Celebration, its event coordinators, guests, volunteers, and participants against any and all claims or expenses for such losses, arising out of the performance of this agreement.

Deaf Celebration reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Deaf Celebration will assign booths for vendors. Vendors cannot trade spaces nor can they move to another location without approval from the booth coordinator and/or chairperson.

Finally, there will be an evening show composed of two Deaf entertainers starting at 7:00 pm at Energy Room on same floor. Admission is $5.00 per person. Ticket sales will be conducted during the day and as well as at the door prior to the show start. Cash Only.

We will have raffle prizes to sell as part of fundraising, and we will present the winner at the evening show. If you want to donate something cool item, please let me know!
